Con: Cruisers aren't torpedo dependent and Kitakami is still (thankfully) unreleased. Torpedo Armament Engineer (TAE) Swift Fish Bad Perhaps in comp I would use on kiting cruisers such as Venezia or Goliath that switch side to side and guns quicker on target is better. I would not use it normally on anything else. Way simpler and nicer this way honestly. This skill is ship dependent and is useful on Super cruisers. The old skill names were obviously extremely confusing and misleading, so this is the renamed Expert Marksman skill, revamped to a straight percentage than deg/sec. Main Battery guns traverse speed +15% (enhanced +20%)
